Do you offer custom work?
Yes! We offer a variety of custom design work. If you're interesting in learning more or requesting a quote, please visit our Custom Creations page and fill out a short questionnaire. We will review your request and reach out as soon as possible!

What is a pre-order item?
Pre-order items are made to order, depending on the complexity of the design please allow 2-4 weeks for your design to be finished and ready for shipping.

Where are your designs made?
All of our pieces are designed and crafted in New Orleans, Louisiana!

What shipping methods do you offer?
Please see shipping rates and timelines below:
- Flat Rate ($10): 2-7 Business Days
- Expedited ($25): 2-3 Business Days
- Rush ($50): 1-2 Business Days
- International ($40): Based on Location

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship anywhere and everywhere!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
If your item is in stock processing will take 2-3 days; if your item is preorder please allow for completion and then an additional 2 days for processing.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! Eligible items may be returned or exchanged, undamaged and with tags intact, within 15 days of purchase for store credit.
